All original artworks are final sale. No returns or refunds once your order is placed.
If there’s an issue, please reach out via the contact page so we can work together to resolve it.

Caps
Each cap is hand-sewn and requires gentle care.
Refunds will not be given for damage caused by improper washing or wear.
If you believe your cap arrived faulty, please contact me with photos.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please send clear photos of both the packaging and product within 48 hours of receiving it.
