How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 weeks. You'll receive tracking details once your item is on the way. Please note that public holidays or peak periods may affect delivery times.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
All original artworks and custom caps are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or you have a concern, please reach out via the contact page within 48 hours, including photos of the product and packaging – I’ll always do my best to help.
Can I request a custom artwork or cap?
Absolutely – I love working on commissions and one-off cap designs. If you have something in mind or a concept you'd like to explore, head to the Commissions page or send me a message through the Contact form.
I’d love to stock your work – do you take stockist or gallery enquiries?
Yes – I welcome opportunities to collaborate with stores and galleries. If you're interested in stocking original artwork or featuring my pieces in your space, please get in touch with some info about your store or location.
Do you offer bulk orders or wholesale pricing for caps?
Yes – if you're looking to order 6 or more caps, or are interested in wholesale options, send through an enquiry via the Contact page and I’ll get back to you with details.
